Hot Mocha Rum Souffles

Ingredient

2 tblspns of butter melted
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup powder sugar
4 tblspns of strong black coffee
2 tblspns of rum
6 egg whites
Powdered sugar for dusting

Process

  1. Preheat oven.
  2. Grease soufflé dishes.
  3. Mix cocoa powder and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  4. Put in soufflé dishes and shake.
  5. Mix remaining cocoa and with coffee and rum.
  6. Whisk egg whites until firm peaks.
  7. Add remaining powdered sugar.
  8. Mix cocoa mixture into egg whites.
  9. Spoon into dishes.
  10. Smooth tops.
  11. Bake 12-15 mins.
  12. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
